and when is the last date to submit exam forms

if you want to do M.tech then just go through Gate exam
if you get good marks in Gate exam then you can easily get good colleges
even IITs.

i am studying engineering final year<7th sem> .can i give gate exam...??

The M.tech exam Forms are available in the first week of May.However different Universities have different dates sometimes so that must be updated by the regular visit on that particular university in which you are seeking the admission.

However the IITs offer the direct admission to the students & fix a certain date for written test & interview.You can check the details as under-

Last date for receipt of application form : May 5, 2012
