There are number of examinations conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission and each of them are held on different dates. As a result, the application form for each examination is not available at the same time.
The application form for any examination is available as per the schedule provided in the notifications published on the official website of TNPSC.

Once the application forms are available, you will be able to apply online through the official website of TNPSC.
As for now, no such notifications has been published regarding the upcoming examinations to be conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.

The online registration for TNPSC exam will start from the second week of November 2012. The last date for online submission will be in the first week of February 2012. The written exam will be conducted in the first week of May 2012. To apply for the exam, your age should be between 18 and 30 years. The qualifications will vary according to the service the candidate applies for and it will be available with the admission notification. You should also possess sufficient knowledge of Tamil.
