UPCPMT :Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test
2012

Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test is an entrance examination conducted by CSM Medical University, Lucknow for admission to various bachelor medical and dental courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS & BUMS in the Medical and Dental institutes in Uttar Pradesh.


ELIGIBILITY:-

Qualification- 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks in PCB(40% for SC/ST) and should have passed in English subject.

-12th appearing students can also give the exam.

AGE- Should be above 17 years.

-Must be resident of U.P.



Important Notification of UPCPMT 2012:

-Sale of application forms : First Week of March, 2012

-Last Date for Availability of Forms : First week of April 2012

-Last Date for Submission of Forms: second week of April 2012

-Date of Entrance Examination: fourth week of May 2012


Application Form Cost:

-For general and OBC candidates application fee: Rs.665/-

-For SC/ST candidates application fee is Rs. 365/-

-Application Form is available on all Head post office of Uttar Pradesh.

C.P.M.T exam is conducted by U.P Education council every year.

In this exam only those candidate are eligible those have domicile of U.P.

The cost of form For General/ OBC candidates: Rs1050 + Rs30 (Bank Charges) in cash only.

For SC/ST candidates: Rs 550 + Rs30 (Bank Charges) in cash only.
