I think you can't get fill the application forms in online. But you can

download it from the following website as PDF format.http://www.vbspu.ac.in

The application forms along with the information brochure are also available

from the Head Post Office and Mukhya Dakghar (MDGs) of Uttar Pradesh.

No its not possible to fill UPCPMT- 2011 form online.

Important dates of UPCPMT-2011 exam:-

starting date of availability of form: 07/03/2011

last date of availability of form: 07/04/2011

last date of submission of form: 11/04/2011

date of exam: 25/05/2011

My UPCPMT form was rejected and the reason was - late summission. But I had posted it before 7th april 2011 by speed post at appropriate adderess.
I do not understand the matter why.

i've lost my photocopy of application form of upcpmt & hence i lost my application form no.
previously i've checked and found that my form was accepted. but in case of non-receipt of admit card how would i download my admit card via net???????
