no... DD MEDICAL COLLEGE IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY MCI.ONLY FIRST BATCH IS APPROVED. REMAINING TWO BATCHES HAVE NO RECOGNITION. EVENTHOUGH UNIVERSITY CONDUCTS EXAMINTAION DEGREE WITHOUT MCI RECOGNITION IS NOT VALID AND U WONT BE ABLE TO PRACTISE WITH THAT DEGREE....PLS DONT GET CHEATED....

No it is not recognized.. Only first batch is recognized. Remaining two batches have no recognition. Eventhough university conducts examination(?) the degree obtained will not be valid without mci recognition. U will not be allowed to practise without mci recognised degree...so pls dont get cheated.. Mr. Naidu had a history of engineering college with same background...........

nooooooo.. never get cheated.... the degree without MCI recognition is not valid. u will become fake doctors. if MCI has no role in medical colleges where is the need for the MCI? EVEN IF THE UNIVERSITY APPROVES MCI is the last word for medical courses. already around 300 students got cheated by this institute. u just ask anyone of student there , they will tell the truth....the college is announcing admission without donaation but the reality is different. they will fix one fees at the time of admisson. but collects fees according to the emood of chairman. for example the fixed fee 7.5 lakh per year...but last time management askes almost 9 lakh fee just befor universityexam , which is a bogus. those who failed to pay the fees within a weak, they denied them to appearfor exam.. so please frenzz dont get cheated. befor getting admission to any colleges do visit MCI website, which is a last word for medical courses...

no never. dont get cheated. dd college is known for cheating...MCI is the last word for medical courses...if MCI DOES NOTHING WITH COLLEGES WHERE IS THE NEED FOR MCI? UNIVERSITY MAY GIVE RECOGNITION , BUT MCI IS THE FINAL AUTHORITY. THE COLLEGE ANNOUNCES ADMISSION WITHOUT DONATIO TO ATTRACT PEOPLE. BUT THE REALITY IS DIFFERENT. THE MAY FIXONE FEE ATH THE TIME OF ADMISSION . BUT THEY ASK THE AMOUNT ACCORDING TO THE MOOD OF CHAIRMAN LATER. FOR EXAMPLE THEY FIXED 7.5 LAKH FOR FIRST BATCH NOW THE ASKING 8.5 LAKH IF THEY FAILS TO PAY COLLEGE WONT ALLOW THEM FOR EXAMINATION..BEFOR JOINING TO ANYMEDICAL COLLEG DO VISIT MCI WEBSITE.....

It is hereby informed that the Medical Council of India has not granted
permission to D.D. Medical College & Hospital, Chennai for the academic years
2011-2012 and 2012-2013 u/s 10A of the IMC Act, 1956. The admissions made in
MBBS in any of the College which has not received permission from MCI/Central
Govt. are illegal and students so admitted shall not get recognized Medical
Qualification entitling them to practice medicine.
The updated list of medical colleges is available on the Medical Council of
India website i.e. www.mciindia.org alongwith their status and number of seats
approved/permitted.
All students/parents/general public especially residents of Tamil Nadu State is
advised to please check the status of the Medical Colleges before taking admission in
any of the medical colleges.
