Which department to choose in the IES application form having completed BE?
Hi friends, I have completed B.E. in Robotics and Automation Engineering and I wish to write IES exam. In that I have confusing of choosing the department which I should choose i.e. Mechanical Engineering or ECE or anyone which I like the most?

IES stands for Indian Engineering Services. This examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission. Candidates of all streams of engineering can apply for this exam but they can appear in four streams only:
>>Electrical Engineering. >>Civil Engineering. >>Mechanical Engineering. >>Electronics and Communication Engineering. The best option for you will be Mechanical Engineering after pursuing B.Tech in Robotics and Automation. The age criteria is 21-30 years. |
