for CSE department,so try for another sector like IT, TELECOm etc,this will benificial for you.

For the recruitment of (RRB), They needs only bachelor's degree....so if you are BE, then you can apply for the post they promote....and in case of sports department, if you are certified as a best sports person then you can be directly qualified and selected for its recruitment

for railway you can give scra.

In RRB, the candidates are selected based on UPSC exax. in engineering, it has many posts as follows:

1. junior engineer for mechanical/electrical/civil
2. diploma in mechanical/ electrical/ civil
3. section engineer


in sports derpartment,the sports quota are filled for the posts such as,
personnel officer, project manager, railway recruitment board, railway recruitment cell, sc/st, sports quota.
