(Since Dates have not been decided by authorities, so only assumed dates are given)
Forms Availibility: BSNL JTO exam notification will likely to come in the third week of February,2011
Last submission date: In the end of March 2011.
Exam dates: Third sunday of June,2011

Posts:-
Since you are a ECE engineering so you would have a fair chance of getting it, as there will odd 3200-3500 EC engineers will be recruited out of 3700-4000 posts.

Forms Submission:

-Firstly after notification , you will have an active link of "BSNL JTO exam form" at BSNL homepage. Download it and fill it in all respects after taking its print.
-There are almost 27 BSNL telecom circles on to which you can submit it by enclosing following things:
1. 3 identical pasted photos on application form and two attached with application form.
2. Two self addressed unstamped envelopes of 27 x 12 cms size must be enclosed.
3. Physical certificate (in case of you belong to this category) must be enclosed.
4. Certificate of apprentice training if undertaken in BSNL successfully.
**State ”Application for J.T.Os (Civil) Examination-2011″ on the top of the envelope.
