Approval is what given to the college for the facilities and provisions they have and affiliation is what is given to the college for particular courses alone by the respective universities by considering all the required aspects for that course...

Re: difference between ''affilation" and "approval"?
affilated course from any university is more valuable than the approved course of the same university. because:
affiliation: it means that the particular organisation or agency (a foreign university in your case) is directly involved with that affiliated particular organisation approval: it means that a mother agency or organisation give approval to those organisation which are following that particular organisation (in your case UGC or AICTE) |

Re: difference between ''affilation" and "approval"?
APPROVAL means that any particular institution (which is at a higher level that whom it's approving) approves or passes a particular course or stream in terms of the world standards set.
whereas AFFILIATION means that UGC, UPTU etc which are large organizations and they keep the small colleges Affiliated under them ,that is these colleges function under these organizations. AFFILIATION has got more importance than APPROVAL at least in India I am talking about. Regards #RJ# |

Quote:
Diffrence between "Approval" and "Affiliation" Hi friend, See you have asked a good question Approval:- -Each institute or universities in INDIA needs to get recognition from Govt. bodies, they are nothing but UGC and AICTE. -Your institute must be approved from these bodies. Affiliation:- -Each and every single institute is affiliated to some university, these universities issues degree to the student of that institute. -these kind of phenomena is known as affiliation. Hope these answer has cleared your doubt. Best of luck regards. |
