Diploma from IASE is valid for promotion at job?


Dear Sir,
I am working as a supervisor in irrigation department Punjab. I have passed two years diploma in surveying from ITI in 1982-1984.Now i have passed 2 years diploma in civil engineering in session 2009-2011 from IASE Deemed university is valid for promotion to junior engineer ?

Dear Sir, I am working as a LINE INSPECTOR in APEPDCL department ANDHRAPRADESH. I have passed two years diploma in surveying from ITI in 1922-1994. Now i have passed 2 years diploma in Electical engineering in session 2004-2006 from IASE Deemed university is valid for promotion to sub-engineer

Sir i am working as a shift oprator in HVPNL department in haryana. I have passed 2 year course in electronics mech from govt I.T.I ambala city in 2001-2003.now i have passed
3 year diploma in electronics & telecommunication engineering in session 2009-2010 from deemed university J.R.N udaypur rajsthan is valid for promotion to junior engineer.
