Re: Are diploma students eligible for Indian Institute of Technology?
No, diploma passed candidates are not eligible to get admission in Indian Institute of Technology.
To get admission in IIT,candidates have to qualify in JEE examination and candidates having PCM as main paper in 10+2 are only eligible to get admission in IIT. So, you are not eligible for admission in IIT after diploma courses. |

Re: Are diploma students eligible for Indian Institute of Technology?
IIT is India's premier institute for technical course and admission in institute is on the basis of qualifying in both stages of JEE examination.
As the eligibility to appear for JEE examination is candidate must have passed or pursuing 10+2 from recognised board with PCM as main paper for admission in B.tech/B.E courses. So, being diploma passed candidates you are not eligible to get admission in IIT. But eligible to pursue B.tech/B.E course after diploma. |
