Is distance education valid for Government Higher Secondary School Teaching jobs?


Sir, I have completed B.Sc. degree from Sikkim Manipal University via distance education in year 2006-2009. I have also done B.Ed from Gujarat university. Is my degree valid for Government Teacher jobs in Government Higher Secondary Schools in Gujarat?

Distance education (Degree) approved by DEC, UGC/ AICTE is valid for both government and Private job at all level.
