I'm a 42 year old Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering after 10 12 Science stream. Presently working in a Heart Walve production company. I wish to start a medical shop along with my present job. I want to know, whether a diploma holder can enroll to IGNOU PGDPSM for getting certificate to start a medical shop. If not please mention universities those provide distance learning in Kerala gives a valuable certificate for getting licence to start a medical shop to diploma holders.

Diploma in pharmacy is a regular course which requires
AICTE and PCI approval.
Hence, you cannot pursue it in distance learning mode. If some institutes are offering it in distance mode then it will not help you get registered as pharmacist.
Admission is based on entrance exam performance and you will get college through counseling.

Pharmacy is a practical based course, hence cannot be pursued through distance learning university.
There is no University which offers this course through distance learning.
