Sir, I got 84 in mains and 85% in boards...do i have a chance in tezpur university under NE quota....

Sir I have got 59 in jee mains and 71.80% in assam board...do i have any chance for CSE at Tezpur university under NE quota?????sir plz reply with details...I belong to ST catogry
