Do I need to have Mathematics as a compulsory subject to be eligible to apply for JEE Mains?
Am I eligible to enroll for JEE Main if Mathematics is my 6th Optional subject in Intermediate? If not, then which other engineering entrance examination can I apply and write?

To apply for jee main student should have pursued intermediate with Physics,Mathematics, Chemistry. Mathematics must have remained in your course. It does not matter whether it is compulsory or optional.
