I have completed my +2 in 2008 and I'm going to complete my B.Com in 2019, May. I have gap of 8 years. Is it possible for me to get the job in MNC companies?

The distance or correspondence degree done from UGC and Distance Council Education approved university is valid for government and private jobs.

If your degree is from a UGC and DEC approved university then you can apply for MNC jobs.

Yes, MNC's do consider distance degree course, however it should be from reputed institutes. Also it is best to do the graduation from regular institutes as most of the companies prefer full time course for graduates, but in case of masters or Post graduation distance degree is considered.
