What r the documents and qualification for 2nd mate exams

A second mate (2/M) or second officer is a licensed member of the deck department of a merchant ship holding a Second Mates Certificate of Competency, which is issued by the administration.The second mate is the third in command and a watchkeeping officer, customarily the ship's navigator.

sir,i have completed my 10th and i want to join gp rating course so i want to know that after completing my course with 36 month expirence can i give 2nd mate exam

Documents required for taking admission in colleges after getting selected through MAT exam is as follows :-
-->>Original Marks Sheets of class Xth,XIIth and Graduation.
-->>Passing certificate of class Xth.
-->>Character certificate of Graduation.
-->>Transfer certificate of Graduation.

Eligibility required for appearing in MAT(Management Aptitude Test) :-
~Candidates should be passed out in Bachelo0r degree course in any discipline from any recognized university.

There is no minimum marks required and there is no age limit to apply for this exam(MAT).

Exam Pattern of MAT Entrance test is as follows :-
~Total number of questions will be 200 and all will be objective type.
~Questions will be English only and 200 questions will be divided in five sections.
~Each sections will contain 40 questions.
~Total duration for this written exam will be 2 hour and 30 minutes.

I have done saloon rating in 2008 , and I have 40 month sea service on deck side as os, can I appear second mate exam in india?

Sir I have completed 10 months on coastal vessel and 27 months on FG vessels , last sailed in 2011 I want to appear for 2nd mate FG exams please help me out
