I am a school teacher in government school. I want to get my M.Sc. Mathematics degree in distance learning. Is degree from IGNOU considered in my sector? Any other distance university?

Yes ,you can pursue higher studies through distance mode in IGNOU
You can apply for M.Sc in Mathematics with Applications in Computer Science (MACS) with the fee Rs 26,400
For this educational requirement is Graduate with a Major, or Honours in Mathematics with minimum 50% marks in aggregate

IGNOU will take admission on merit basis ie,
1)merit list on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination. and
2)Document verification and payment of program fees will confirm admission

--You need to submit following documents:
a)Recent Photograph and Signature.
b)Document of Age Proof
c)Relevant Educational Qualification mark sheet.
d)Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ ST/ OBC.
e)BPL Certificate, if Below the Poverty Line
