Hi, I have completed my B.Tech in Civil Engineering and was thinking to do M.E or M.Tech in Civil Engineering via distance mode of education. So, do IGNOU offers ME or M.Tech in Civil Engineering? If yes, then what is the application procedure? Fees structure? Which other distance university would be good for M.Tech Civil Engineering?

No, IGNOU does not offers M.E./M.Tech degree course or any other professional technical degree course at any level of academics.

Also, I would like to let your know that any technical degree course pursued in distance mode is not recognized by AICTE and hence such degrees are invalid.
