Educational and physical health requirements to apply for SI Police post?
Hello Sir/Madam, my height is 162 cm and I am from OBC Category. Can I try for SI Police post? What are the other requirements like education and health? Is there any reservation and relaxation for OBC candidates?

Hi,
The educational qualification for SI post is graduation in any stream. Age must be from 21 to 28 years. OBC candidates gets 3 year age relaxation. so you can appear for SI entrance exam till 31 years. Physical standards needed:- For Male candidates General candidates: Height- 170 cm Chest- 80 cm in unexpanded and 85 cm in expanded OBC candidates: Height 165 cm Chest- 80 cm in expanded and 85 in unexpanded Thank you |
