Sir, I have finished my B.Sc Botany (1994-97) and I got PGDCA (98_99) and my MCA (2001-2004) my B.Ed degree (2097-2008) from IGNOU. I completed my B.Sc Computer Science (2008-2011). My question is above qualification eligible for PG TRB Computer Instructor, 2019?

You have BSc, MCA, B.Ed. All these 3 degrees are eligible to apply for PG TRB computer instructor post.

Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer
Science / M.Tech Degree in Computer Science / ComputerEngineering /Information Technology / Software Engineering from any recognised University or its equivalent.

and

B.Ed., / B.A. Ed.,/ B.Sc. Ed., by recognised University or its
equivalent.
Master’s Degree in Computer Applications / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from any recognised University or its equivalent.
