Their is a point in RRB NTPC notification "Candidates should ensure that they possess/fulfill all eligibility conditions prescribed for the post(s) as on the closing date of online registration i.e., as on 31.03.2019. CANDIDATES WAITING FOR FINAL RESULTS OF PRESCRIBED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION SHOULD NOT APPLY." Can I apply for this post? I am doing B.Tech final year last semester and it will be end by May, 2019.
