Eligibility to appear in 12th NIOS Board exam for a candidate with 10 years gap?


Hi everyone, I have done 10th from UP Board around 10 years ago. I want to do 12th from NIOS Board now. So, can I be eligible to appear for the 12th Board exam with an NIOS Board now?

Yes sir ! You are eligible for appearing in 12th NIOS Board Exam, there is no such upper age limit after the age of 16. Even if you had done your board's 10 years ago, its not a problem.

If there is a time gap of two or more years between 10th and 12th then one will get opportunity to complete 10+2 in NIOS in just 1 year.You need to appear for 4 subjects
