Yes, M.Pharmacy(Pharmaceutical Chemistry) can apply UGC-NET for Social Medicine & Community Health.

Educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam.

There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.

Yes.You can apply for NET as you have completed master's course in M.pharm.

Eligibility
- If one have secured master degree's with atleast 55% , then can apply for NET.
- Age Limit : For JRF , 28 years on 1st December of the examination year.For Lecturership , No age limit.
- If You have passed SET/JRF , then you can get exemption from NET for Lecturership.

Exam Pattern

- Paper I
Reasoning Ability , Comprehension, Divergent Thinking and General Awareness
- Total 60 question out of 50 have to attend
- Total Marks : 100
- Duration : 75 Mins.

Paper II
- Total 50 compulsory questions asked from choosen subject
- Total Marks : 100
- Duration : 75 Mins.

Paper III
- Total 75 compulsory questions asked from choosen subject
- Total Marks : 150
- Duration : 2.5 Hours

UGC NET is the first step towards the lectureship and research fellowship. Students who are willing to appear for the June attempt, then a candidate must fulfil all the eligibility criteria defined by the NTA UGC NET.

Educational qualification:

• Candidate must have completed its PG degree or appearing in final year/semester from a recognised university.
  
• Candidate can only choose Social Medicine and Community when they had done their PG in the same or related subject.

Age Limit:
Candidate must be assured that their age should not exceed 30 years and 35 years for ST/SC/OBC/PWD/Transgender candidate and for the female candidate.The PhD degree holder gets relaxation in eligibility of 5% aggregate marks who had been completed master’s degree before 19 Sept 1991 (irrespective of the date of declaration of result).

Their is no upper age limit for the Assitant Professor.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for UGC NET exam.

The UGC NET exam is organized for the selection of candidates for assistant professor and junior research fellowship twice a year.

The candidates who have completed the post graduation degree can apply for 1 of the 81 subject. The candidates should have 55% marks from the UGC approved universities.

There is no age limit for UGC NET lectureship but the age must be below 30 years for UGC NET JRF.

The candidates are allowed to apply for the subject of their post graduation subject or its related subject among the total 81 subjects of UGC NET exam.

As you have completed your master's in Nutrition, you can apply for UGC NET social medicine and community health.
