Eligibility for competitive examination after graduation from YCMOU?
Sir, one candidate has done graduation from YCMOU. He passed 10th then he cleared preliminary examination and done graduation. My question is whether he is eligible for competitive examination in 10+2+3 pattern or not? If yes, kindly provide circular or GR.

This university is approved by University Grants Commission. So if you have B.A. Degree from YCMOU, you are eligible for appearing in UPSC IAS exam. The YCMOU has been recognised under section 12 (B) of the UGC. BA degree awarded by the university is valid for applying to civil services examination conducted by UPSC
