Hello, i want to know the eligibility criteria for getting chance into AIEEE entrance exam,and what's the minimum percentage require for it?

Hello Anupam,
The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for AIEEE is +2 with Maths and Science as compulsory subjects for B.E and B.Tech. The candidate must have studied Maths and passed +2 with a minimum of 50%, if willing to pursue B.Arch or B.Planning. these are the following eligibility criteria.... so go through it :- The minimum academic qualification for admission through AIEEE 2010 is a pass in final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination (see Appendix – VIII). Those appearing in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination may also appear in AIEEE 2011 for consideration of provisional admission. to appear in aieee exam you should have either passed your 12th or appearing in it with science stream and maths cumpulsory. the percentage required is 55% .for more information logon to website-www.cbse.nic.in

Dear friend,
The eligibility criteria for AIEEE exam is the 50% marks in the +2 exam and you can also write the exam while you are in the +2 time and if you score 50% in the qualifying exam then only you can get admissions based on the score in AIEEE Exam |

The Eligibility for AIEEE 2011 is: 1.Qualifying Exam is Class 12th 2. For B.E./B.Tech. compulsory subjects in class 12th is Physics & Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects among Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science or Biology. 3. For B. Arch./B. AIEEE is the ALL INDIA ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAM conducted for the students of science stream who are interested in doing engineering. The eligibility criteria related to this exam is mentioned here: Education Qualification: i)10+2 pass in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Maths. ii)Students who are appeared in their 10+2 exam may also apply for this exam. The combination of subjects required for the course of B.Tech/B.Arch is given below: Courses Compulsory subjects Any one of the Optional Subjects B.E. / B.Tech Physics & Mathematics Chemistry,Computer Science, Biology B. Eligibility Criteria of AIEEE:
Date of Birth : Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1986 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handica pped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1981 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate only will be taken as authentic. |

Eligibility Criteria for AIEEE Exam is as under:-
For admission through AIEEE a candidate needs to pass in Class 12th. A candidate can only appear for AIEEE 2011 if he/she has passed/appearing class 12th in 2009, 2010 or 2011. Those who want to appear for BE/BTech entrance should compulsory have Physics and Mathematics in class 12th and at least one of the subjects among Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science or Biology. Those appearing for architecture courses should have Mathematics in class 12th with at least 50% marks aggregate. Besides a candidate’s date of birth should be on or after 1st October, 1986. For SC/PH/ST candidates upper age is relaxed up to five years, i.e., candidates belonging to this category born on or after October 1st, 1981 are eligible to write this test. |

i have got 58% marks in my AISSCE under CBSE board..but my PCM marks is only 44%.so is it possiblle for me to apply for AIEEE 2012 and get through the counselling?if i again go for NIOS to increase my Senior Secondary School Examination marks,then is it possible for me to apply for AIEEE 2012?

the minimum qulification for AIEEE is persused 12th having maths,scince compulsary subjects. The age limit for general is 25 and Sc is 30 years. Minimum % in 12 is above 55 |

ALL INDIA ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAMINATION CBSE (CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION),conducts this exam every yaesr for taking admission in best engineering colleges called NITs. For appear in this exam you must have to complete your12th standard with PHYSICS CHEMISTRY, MATHS with at least 50% (10% relaxations for SC\ST\PH). one can sit only three times in this exam. the age limit for this exam is 17-25. Examination marking scheme- thanks!! |
