I was born in Maharashtra . I studied all through in Gujarat , passed my X , XII from Gujarat Board. I passed my B.Com(Hons) from Rajasthan . My Mother is having domicile certificate of Maharashtra by virtue of having been born, studied and having property in her name in Maharashtra.
I am having my birth certificate of Maharashtra and my mother's domicile certificate of Maharashtra. My queries (1) Am I eligible for MHT-CET for MBA/ MMS ?
(2) Will I get the benifit of any sort of domicile reservations ?

Since you are born in the state of Maharashtra as well as your mother is a domicile of Maharashtra so in my opinion you are eligible for MH-CET for MBA/MMS courses.

Eligibility Criteria for appearing to MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2011:
Candidate should have Passed with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* ( 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Full Time Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities.
