Eligibility criteria and cut-off to do Graduate Marine Engineering (GME) course?

Hi, I have completed 10th 80%, 12th with 76% followed by Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 48%. So, now am I eligible to do Graduate Marine Engineering (GME)? Will I get direct 2nd year admission via lateral entry on the basis of Diploma?
