You must have 60% and above in the following fields...

1.SSLC

And also you would be sit for aptitude test GD,HR and technical interview...

birlasoft requires minimum 60% aggregate in all the board certificates of 10, 10+2 and degree with no arrears till date...you may have the history of arrears but at present when u apply you should not have any...

however , back logs should be cleared at the time of joining.so , if any body has back in any subject , u must clear them till your date of joining .
