how to get job in birlasoft if there is no placement given by our institution and what is the qualification required?

BIRLASOFT OFF CAMPUS PLACEMENT:

It's pretty much tough to get into Birlasoft other than getting it via campus placement, reason being Birlasoft doesn't entertain off-campus much but visit campus directly and recruit fresh candidates.

The only way to receive information on off-campus placement is to have a bigger friends circle around your area meaning you need to make sure that you interact with other students who are there in different colleges in your place so that you can get information of off-campus if any.. There are various ways to achieve this where Facebook being the best medium to widen your friends circle. So, start using it wisely.

Reason why you can get to know on off-campus placement information only via friends is simple, companies don't like to advertise there off-campus recruitment via social medium as like in websites because that will create a chaos ending up lakhs of candidates rushing into the college who host the off-campus placement.

Make sure that you prepare yourself well for the campus placements which would be aptitude test, technical interview and HR interview so that you can get the job in your first attempt itself if not never stop to try again in different companies!

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR BIRLASOFT AND OTHER LEADING MNC's:

-> 60% above throughout studies i.e 10th, 12th and UG/PG degree.

-> No current backlogs.

-> Good technical and communication skills.
