Eligibility to study BSc(Forestry) for a candidate without appearing CET Agricultural exam?

Hello friends, I want to know that if a candidate didn't apply for Agricultural exam in CET then he will be eligible to study BSc in Forestry course? I need to know about this. So, please let me know as soon as possible.

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
