i have completed my B.C.A. and now i want to become an IPS officer. so for that which exam i will have to appeared for IPS officer?

If you have completed your BCA course, Then you are eligible to appear for IPS Examination. If you want to become a IPS Officer, then you need to appear for UPSC Civil Services examination And to apply for this examination you need a bachelor degree from a recognised university.

This examination was held 2 times in year. Firstly you have to appear for Preliminery exam and after clear preliminery you are eligible for Main exam.

The preliminery exam is also known as CSAT exam.

And to appear for this examination, your age should between 21 to 30 years.

The general candidates will get 4 attempts in this examination. The Upper age Relaxation is only applicable for SC, ST and for OBC Candidates.

So, please dont worry, if your age should between 21 to 30 years, then definitely you are eligible for UPSC Examination.

Definately you can join as an IPS officer through the UPSc exem.The eligibillity critaria is graduate and the age limit is maximum 30 for general caste...

To become an IPS officer You Should give the exam UPSC civil service exam.
Qualification - you should be graduate .

Age- between 21 to 30.

Relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years and for OBC 3 Years.

The basic condition to apper in that exam is that to graduate in any stream after complete your BCA you apply for the UPSC government exam and after clear the exam you are a part of the interview...

Hello friend,
To join Indian Police Service-IPS, you will have to write Civil Service Examination conducted by union public service commission-UPSC.
Being a graduate, you are eligible for the exam provided you are within the age limit of 21-30 years. The maximum age limit relaxed upto 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC category and 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
The Selection process comprises of written examination, interview and physical test. The written exam is divided into two stages: Civil service aptitude test and Main exam.
Civil service aptitude test comprises of two compulsory papers and the Main exam comprise of both compulsory and optional papers.
The application forms for the civil service examination are available both on-line and off-line.

you complete your BCA then you want to apply for IPS exam..you need to apply UPSC CIVIL SERVICE EXAM

criteria is :-
age-21 to 30 years (relaxation for sc/st/ph 5 years)

general candidate apply 4 times for sit exam..

dear for becoming an IPS officer you have to appear in the exam conducted by UPSC.......
first you have to give the preliminary exam and if you qualify that then you have to give the mains............

i am obc cast and my 45 percent i am appperd m cet exam

I will complete my BCA and i want to give I.A.S. and P.C.S. exam.

my eyesight is weak can i eligible for I.A.S and P.C.S exam.

which is beter caoching centre...( Chanakya or Rau's) ...?please tell me
