Which exam should I appear to join Indian Navy after BSc(IT) course?


Respected Sir, I am studying in final year of my BSc with IT specialization. I want to join Indian Navy after completing my Graduation. I will complete my Graduation in 7 months. So, after that which exam I have to give for joining Indian Navy?

Indian Navy have a special branch for B.sc(IT) students name Logistics and Works. Vacancies of this section is released twice or once in a year. You can have all the vacancy related notification from their official website.
Otherwise you can go for UPSC CDS exam after completion of your graduation even final year graduation candidates are eligible for CDS exam.

You can join Merchant Navy through two fields .
1- Medical Science and Marine Engineering field
2- Navigational field
Now since both the fields are different.
The eligibility for both of them is also different.
Eligibility criteria for nautical science and marine engineering.
Educational qualification:-
You should have passed 12th or an equivalent examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics.
You must be Indian citizen.
Age limit for candidates is 16 years to 19.5 years while training.
Selection is based upon cutoff marks in exam
Medical and fitness test
Interview.
