Can I join Indian Navy after completing BSc in Statistics? I am interested in Indian Navy
hi i am sharmila. i am interested in indian navy? can i join indian navy after completing my b.sc in statistics. pls tell me the procedure to join indian navy.....@ [email protected]

You can join Indian Navy through CDS(Combined Defence Service) entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice every year after completion of B.Sc. Statistics.
The eligible candidate must be an Indian unmarried male having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subject of studies from a recognised University within the age of 19 to 22 years with good Physical and Mental Fitness. The seletion is through written exam followed by Personal Interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test. For more information you may log on to http://www.upsc.gov.in |

As you are interested for Indian Navy, you can join the same through CDS(Combined Defence Service) entrance Exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as CDS-I and CDS-II after B.Sc. Statistics.

You can join Indian Navy through CDS exam. CDS stands for Combined defense services. this exam is conduct by UPSC twice in a year. CDS exam is only for graduate who wanrt to make their career in defence field. Eligibility For CDS candidate should be completed graduation, final year candidate can also apply for this exam Age Limit For IMA 19 to 24 For OTA 19 to 25 For NA 19 to 22 For AFA 19 to 23 GOOD lUCK |

yes you can join Indian Navy after the completion of your B.Sc Degree in Statistics. You can join the same by cracking the Combined Defense Services Examination. This Examination is taken every year on two occasions by the Union Public Service Commission as CDS-I & CDS-II. CDS-I Exam is conducted in the months of February whereas CDS-II exam is conducted in the months of December. If you want to appear in the CDS Exam , then you have to fulfill the below mentioned : a) you must have completed your graduation from any recognized college/university. b) Your age must lie in between 18-24 years. c) You must be an Indian Citizen. d) You must have the following Physical Standards : The Pattern Of the CDS Examination is : This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query.
