i am persuing graduation can i apply for the job of flight attendant in air india chater

Well yes you can do flight attendant course and can join any Indian airlines if you full fill
all criteria i have listed below.

Eligibility

You should have passport.
Must have cleared the Class-12 examinations or its equivalent education some prefer
graduate students.
You must be at least 18 years of age.

Extra quality ::

Proficiency in English and Hindi are a must for a domestic airline.Its better if you know
some foreign language for international flight.

Physical requirements::

Night blindness or colour blindness students are not eligible.
You should be at least 165 cm
