I have done both D.Pharmacy and B.Pharmacy from government college. I'm interested in doing Food Science Technology from foreign country. Is it related to my field? If yes, then which country would be best for studying this course?College name and admission procedure?

Pharmacy and Food technology are different courses. Pharmacy defined the science behind a medicine and food technology shows the science of food formation. But both are based on chemical phenomenon. You cannot get any relaxation for studying food technology to be a student of pharmacy.
No need to foreign for studying food technology. There are so many good colleges among India for studying this course. Jadavpur University (Kolkata, West Bengal) is one of the best university for food technology.
