somebody tell me which foreign language if we learn would help us in the near future that too in software profession...

english is the main language in softwares no another language preffer

yes off course,by knowing a foreign language it will surely help you out in your job.

As it is not necessary but can help when you visit to another country from your company side it may help you lot but in software programming it is not may be in other fields of software profession...

NO only normal english enough for entering on to sotware field.strong in programming and aps will give good placement.

english is the one only language ..if you know well . you can around the world other than that french, japanese are also have it

if you know english very well then this is sufficient for you to do software job. because in corporate world only english is sufficient for communication.

but to work in india you should obviously know the hindi language. because so many people in india speaks in hindi.

now after that if you want to learn any other foreign language then it will depend where you want to do work later. if you want to go to china then learn china language. but if you want to go to indonesia then learn indo languages. in which country you want to go try to learn the language of that country. in the work field may not be your language will not helpful. but to stay there you should communicate with the people of that country for your needs. if you know the language of the country then it is a surely positive point for you. so you may learn a foreign language according to your need.

Fluency in english is mandatory for a software professional !
then if you want to go abroad means that regional language should be known!!

English is the basic language that you need to get selected in software companies.

But if you plan to go anywhere else abroad then you can even have a optional language which will add to your benefit to communicate with those nationals.

most of the software company selects candidates based on the english fluency only.
so English with fluency is needed for the software companies.

if youy have good communication skill in english thats enough

Go for Spanish .

germany/spain/russia or japan not know english and not speak english
