As a fresh cadet can I get in company without RPSL number?
As a fresh deck cadet can I sail in a company without RPSL no.? The company's name is Ocean star ship management owned china.

I AM SAMPATH KUMAR FROM AMET UNIVERSITY CHENNAI B.SC NAUTICAL SCIENCE FINAL YEAR ,I GOT PLACED IN A COMPANY WHICH DOESNOT HAVE A RPSL NUMBER.CAN A JOIN THAT COMPANY WITHOUT RPSL NUMBER AS A DECK CADET. THE COMPANY NAME IS TSAKOS COLOMBIAN SHIPPING MANAGEMENT.?????????

I am being sponsored for gme by a ship management which has no rpsl. They are demading a fee of rs 520000. Is this genuine. pls help me.
