I will suggest you for MS on Birla Institute(BITS)pilani,rajasthan...
MS and M.tech both are master degree in different prospective...
M.tech is more valuable than MS in india,this is my opinion...

there are a few good institute offering MS course
IIT madras
IIT Delhi
NIT trichy
BITS pilani

MS is good course but if you are comparing for M TECH and MS than M TECH is having more value than MS from India so in case if you are getting good institute in MS compared to M TECH than go gor MS otherwise go for M TECH .
other main difference is that MS from india is not yet recognized by many government as well as private body of india whereas m tech is well known and reputed degree

first know clearly about them

MS is Masters in Science

and

M.tech is Masters in Technology


both are none other same

M.tech in US(United States Of America) is called M.S

If you don't know than please don't say anything ....... both degrees are different, actually MS is more focused on Research with 70% credits for the research work and rest 30% for the subject studies, while for M.tech the credits distribution is vice versa. But yes there is no doubt that MS is superior over M.tech. All IITs prefer to have MS aspirants having higher GATE score than that of M.tech ones. For reference read about MS programme of IIT Delhi.
