Plz tell me govt. Jobs for m.sc botany jobs in 2012

The candidates who have completed M.Sc in Botany have a lot of opportunities in the public sector. I am persuing msc with bsc74% on which feild should i go

i ve done m.sc. botany with specialization in mycology(dessertation on fungal contamination in indoor hospital environment). Now i totally confused in which direction i should lead my career in research work or in teaching line as i ve already a b.ed. degree.
