After completing B.Tech Biotechnology what are government job opportunities or entrance exams for government jobs which I can write? Could anybody please help me out in this?

You can apply for many government jobs like food safety officer, bioprocess officer in HPCL and researcher at many of the prestigious institutions spread across the country.
For being a food safety officer, you will have to clear the written exam or an interview.
For getting a job HPCL you must apply for a job vacancy there which is suitable for your degree.
For research, different institutions have different ways of selecting their researchers. You will have to look into this for each institute.

Government jobs after B tech in Biotechnology:-

As a B.Tech biotechnology candidate you may get employed in various government based Universities and research institutes as research scientist or assistants.
You can also get jobs in various government organisations and PSUs like
Pharmaceutical companies, agriculture, chemical and allied industries. You can find employment in the the areas of production, planning and management of bioprocessing industries.
Apart from these you can also appear for following exams for getting a government jobs:-
Civil Services Exam
Bank PO Exams
Railway Requirement Board Exams.
