Generally most of the governmental vacant posts are filled up by exams conducted by UPSC, SSC, UGC etc. Eligibility criteria to appear in the exams conducted by above said authorities-
*Candidate should be graduate from affiliated university with min. Aggregate 60%, or equivalent in any stream.
*Age limit- vary with the exam posts.
So, diploma may come under the equivalent criteria.
