yes, you can definitely get a good govt. Medical college, being a bc student you get fee concession too and also scolarships in and around the college.

the cutoff mark required for BC in 2011, 197.25-200.

scoring 195.25 cutoff marks under BC category means the self financing college are available.
this year the merit seat was increasing.
