Fees structure for self financing colleges for govrnmt seats

The MBBS cut off marks for admission to medical colleges in Chennai is expected to drop down this year increasing the chances of admission to candidates from previous batches. The application forms for MBBS can be obtained from May 15 and counseling process will begin on July 2, 2012.
Candidates can download application forms or purchase it from May 15 which can be submitted till June 2, 2012. Numbers will be declared randomly on June 15 and merit list will be issued on June 20, 2012. The first round of counseling will start on July 2.
Academic consultants have predicted that the marks in Biology and physics will go down this year as the difficulty level of these papers was high. This may bring down the overall cut off by 0.5 to 1.25 marks. Thus students of previous batches will get an edge.
