icici po gd questions,
i don't have any idea.
give me how the topics are asked.

Here I am providing you some of the related information to Group Discussion topics of ICICI PO recruitment.

Unlinke normal group discussions, in group discussion of ICICI PO recruitment, a situation will be given rather than a topic.

You have to go through the situation and understand the situaion and you have to speak on what you will do if you are in that position.

So,it is just like case study but here you will not try to find any solutions for that problem.

Let me have an example for this.

There will be a college which is having several departments. Certain amount of fund is being sanctioned to the college. The past and present situation of each and every department in the college will be given to you. You have to speak on how much you allocate to each and every department and the reason for that allocation.

The situation consist of 2-3 pages. You will be given just 5 minutes of time to go through that. Later on you are supposed to close the pages and to speak on the situation.

Anyway, if you have given moderate performance in Group Discussion, you will be selected for Interview.

For ICICI PO recruitment, major screening is done at the time of Interview.

The ICICI bank GD is based on Case study generally you will be given a particular case and then you will have to discuss on that. Thus It totaly depends on candidate analytical skills,presence of mind and ability to think in order to crack the ICICI GD.

for group discussion - case study . for example: as a clge secretary u've 2 decide wic place s best for dec month vacation, tat s de last tour since it s final yr. . budget s 10000rs per head. clge s at mumbai. . . places are goa,kerela,darjeeling,agra. . they 'll give all details abt places . . u've to suggest de best. .

u've to speak out something in gd . . tats it . . even if u say 2 or 3 points its enough to get qualified for HR round.

in personal interview - - de every first ques s, say me abt urself :) don't say de things wic u had in resume . . ques 'll be asked 4m ur answers oly. .

why bankin? why icici ? wats de latest RBI announcement ?
few subject based ques. . .

they asking ques based upon ur personality wic u answered in OPR. . so don say lie or built up yourself:) then u'll b caught red handed . . .

I HAVE QUALIFIED ICICI BANK P.O. EXAM,NOW I WANT TO KNOW G.D. PROCEDURE SOME PREVIOUS YEARS PERSONAL INTERVIEW QUESTIONS TO WHICH IHAVE TO PREFER.

I have cleared my GD and now waiting for the final result. But didnt get any reply or mails or any sort of info that when the result will be. Kindly share the same.
