Is Hindi Vidyapeeth Deogarh a UGC recognized institution? If yes, what are all recognized graduate level courses it is offering?

It is a Hindi voluntary organization which is approved by state governments and granted by Central Hindi Directorate (Department of Higher Education). It is not recognized by UGC but the certificate’s holds value for their respective courses and discipline.

1. Sahityalankar - B.A (Hindi)
2. Setu Priksha - B.A honor's (Hindi)

Sir I hv done Sahitya Sudhakar in1987 n Sahitya Rattnakar in 1992.from Bombay Hindi Vidyapeeth Bombay.Is it valid n equilent to BA n MA for further studies n Job also?Plz send actual true answer.
