How about doing 12th from NIOS after failing under Gujarat State's Board?
Sir, I have failed in 12th Science 2020 from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board. So, I want to give exam from NIOS Board in October, 2020. After passing 12th from NIOS could I get admission in Gujarat Government approved colleges for various courses and could I get job in state government? Could there rise any problems at time of getting admission and job?

Your grades doesn't determine your capability. Even though the marks card shows you have reappeared for the exam but admission for any college for higher study what is important is you should have passing marks and to get job people consider your knowledge or how you perform interview and your skills. Marks are not that effective in order to get a job.
