Will it be a good idea to switch to a private company ( non bank ) from a nationalized bank after working for 2 to 3 years as a Clerk? Or, shall I prepare for SSC examination?

Even if you are not satisfied with public sector banks then can apply for the job in private sector banks but in my opinion their is not better facilities at the lower level in private sector. So, you must apply for banking examination for the post of Probationary officer.
