Procedure for namr change or correction in education certificate
Seek the help of local notary to make an affidavit for name change.
Publish the name change in atleast two local newspaper
Once it's published , you should then get it notified in the official Gazette of the state you reside in. This can be done by filling the name change form from the Gazette office. Make duplicate copies and submit it for the purpose publishing in the Government press for Gazette notification.
You have to send letter to the secretary stating that you want to change or make any corrections in name.
After the approval of your correction, you can approach educational institution and inform them about the correction.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
