*Government Medical college din't said about that any thing in there details but basically ,some time you can be West Bengal Joint Entrance exam(Medical)WBJEE

*One can apply under NRI(Foreign quota) Seats if one of the parents of a candidate is a NRI. 15% of the seats in every institute are reserved for such a candidate

I have got 22000 rank in NEET 2017 and marks within 500. I am a NRI STUDENT but my parents have domicile in West bengal. How do I apply for NEET counselling in West bengal as NRI candidate?
